banking professional as well as entrepreneur, Ralph had a long
history of proven track records in financial innovations and
developing new consumer financial products and associated derivatives
markets in many developing countries in Asia, Middle East, Eastern
and Central European countries.
Ralph is a graduate of the Wharton Business School with an MBA in Finance.
Lee Kravitz

As a seasoned mortgage banking professional, Lee has many years of
direct hands-on experience in dealing with homeowners, real estate
developers and financial institutions. He has led and managed teams
of professionals in sales and marketing for both commercial as well
as residential real estate financing in his earlier career.
Lee has a BA degree in Political Science from Boston University.

Matthew attended Willamette University in Salem, OR both for
undergraduate and graduate school, and now lives in Keizer, OR with his
wife Kelly, son Riley, and two dogs: Gunner and Ajax.
Stuart Lane

Stuart was the Head of Structured Finance for Union Bank of Switzerland in Hong Kong where he specialized in highly complex tax related transactions in Asia. He also developed a physical currency swap market in China to help major multinational companies fund their local operations. While at NatWest Markets in Hong Kong as
Director Capital Markets he raised low-cost funds for companies
using tax treaties and derivative structures. Earlier in his banking
career at Citibank Australia he implemented various option and
forward strategies for the gold mining community. He also worked for
Carr Futures Inc. as Vice President Sales. Additionally, he was a
part owner in The Masters Association Management LLC, a property
management company in Las Vegas.
Mr. Lane holds a Master of International Management degree from the
American Graduate School of International Management and BS in
Aviation Management from Metropolitan State College.
