The California registered REIDeX, Inc. was incorporated in February, 2008 and set up as the exclusive marketplace for both economic tenant homeowners and economic landlord investors to conduct the three basic forms of SwapRent^SM transactions, i.e. Generic, AG and DP SwapRent^SM transactions.
